1. About Beauty by Hannah Alexandra
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Beauty by Hannah Alexandra, operated by Hannah Chaddock-Rich from my home salon.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. I provide professional nail, massage, lash and brow services.
2. Booking Policy
Bookings are automatically confirmed through my booking system. However, I reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that doesn't fit my policies or availability.
Please ensure you book the correct service and duration. If you're unsure, please contact me before booking.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% service amount.
No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will be charged the full service amount and may result in requiring prepayment for future bookings.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and are in GBP.
5. Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you have any concerns about your treatment, please let me know immediately so I can address them.
6. Your Appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
My home salon is a professional environment. Please respect this space and arrive in a calm, sober state.
Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your treatment begins.
7. Health and Safety
I maintain high standards of hygiene and use professional, quality products.
If you have any infections, contagious conditions, or open wounds in the treatment area, please reschedule your appointment.
I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe the treatment may cause harm or if hygiene standards cannot be maintained.
8. Liability
I hold appropriate insurance for the services provided.
I am not responsible for any adverse reactions to products unless due to negligence. Please inform me of any known allergies.
Personal belongings remain your responsibility during appointments.
9. Privacy
Your personal information and appointment details are kept confidential.
I may take before/after photos for my portfolio with your permission.
10. Changes to Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available during booking.
By booking an appointment, you accept the terms in place at that time.
